- put 1 spoon of oil in water, start heating, let heat to boiling bubbled.
- pour rice in boiling water and remove exactly in 2 minutes
- drain away water from rice completely
- take pot/bowl so big that both chicken and rice can be cooked in it.
- keep flame at the lowest level, put a plate to protect direct heat to chicken biryani pot.
- keep the pot on the plate, put the chicken mixture in it, put a layer of rice on top of chicken
- put a lead on the pot, so that steam from the mixture will not leak.
- let chicken biryani get cook till 50 minutes- do not open in between
- open the pot --your chicken biryani is ready to eat.--enjoy.
