Let us cook chicken biryani in most Automated way

  • Take clean chicken 1/2 kg ( boneless, legs,chest-as you wish) in a  bowl
  • add 2 spoons of red chili powder
  • add 1 spoon of biryani masala powder (any brand will be fine)
  • add 1 spoon of oil/ghee
  • add 1 spoon of salt
  • add 1 spoon dried/fried onion crush
  • add 2 spoons of curd
  • add 1 spoon of coriander
  • mix well and keep the bowl for 1 hour
  • take 300 gm of long thread rice, wash well, and keep soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • start heating a bowl full of water, enough that rice can cook.
  • put 1 spoon of oil in water, start heating, let heat to boiling bubbled.
  • pour rice in boiling water and remove exactly in 2 minutes
  • drain away water from rice completely
  • take pot/bowl so big that both chicken and rice can be cooked in it.
  • keep flame at the lowest level, put a plate to protect direct heat to chicken biryani pot.
  • keep the pot on the plate, put the chicken mixture in it, put a layer of rice on top of chicken
  • put a lead on the pot, so that steam from the mixture will not leak. 
  • let chicken biryani get cook till 50 minutes- do not open in between
  • open the pot --your chicken biryani is ready to eat.--enjoy.

  • turn off flame ..Your delicious fish curry is ready to eat.
